We are looking for a person who LOVES customer service. As a Receptionist in our team, you will be an important chain in creating the success of us.
Your role will be comprised of general responsibilities, including:
- Liaising with customers and guiding them to the I-Dent dentist
- Record information and manage customer records.
- Receive, and process information and feedback of customers through various channels.
- Perform treatment payment procedures, and make quotations for customers.
- Deploy preferential information, and introduce dental products and services to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Check monthly revenue report

What you need for this role:
- Have a experience in Dental, beauty industry or exceptional Customer Service be a plus
- Good looks, self-motivated, energetic
- Well Presented
- A high level of initiative and motivation
